No one has accused Trump of being very bright. I’m certain he doesn’t know. And if he does, he’s having more fun mocking Biden, which is what he does. Because cruelty is the point.

Of course people should avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest. What I haven’t seen, as someone following this case closely, is evidence that he enriched himself. Of course, I’m following the news. I’m not on the ‘inside’ track. But so far I never heard any of this until today.

Let’s break this down. She had an ‘alleged’ affair. There’s enough commentary to suppose this is true. The person she had the affair with was appointed to her team. I agree with her supervising Judge’s admonition of misconduct, and meted out punishment (one of you has to go).
