You're right. While there are still many of us who do care I feel more and more of a minority in a country thats had it too good for too long. were seeing the beginning of our own collapse, as many empires have before us.

As an American I want economic prosperity for both our countries but I'm so angry off at the president that I'm all for you guys cutting off any kind of resources you want. Punch the bully back, hopefully we'll have a new president who doesn't mistake friend from foe, til then keep punching back!♥️

I agree. Even though Trump is a bafoon and isnt doing a good job he's still causing enough destruction to break the system irreversibly. once his turn is up, whether he leaves or not, I expect we will have an entirely different kind of country and a new kind of election.

So we must fight whether or not we see victory as possible. The fight itself is what matters, it shows others that in some people virtue still lives. The light is not extinguished, and I am not alone. This gives hope, and sometimes just a single spark is what it takes to ignite a revolution.

But no leaders want to talk about it or take it seriously because it lowers there standing amongst their people. We're stuck in a place where whether we fight for good or evil, the evil is set up to win.

Hate, division and fear rule over the internet and the Internet is now a space we all inhabit, I think it influences our thinking now and that's how we've forgotten what brings us together. It's a slightly psychological and human response to the information age, taken advantage of by the rich.

Foreal this by itself would make a difference. European seem smarter so I hope they'll understand why censorship is good sometimes.

Good point. I think the electoral college was another error, if the majority had the power to move a country forward then we would be better off. But they were given unfair powers for unfair reasons, and now we're stuck with them because of that power.

And I'm not sure we can do that, but in order to move forward we have to make a sacrifice of one kind or another.

I'm thinking in order to overcome post truth we need to tackle information, and their dis/mis counterparts. We need to implement ways to beat the propaganda and hate and nonsense, and that requires making people angry by putting more censorship and reapproaching what is free speech and propaganda.
