Can confirm - sadly it makes as little sense as the illustration, and little apparent sense with it. May simply be that my Latin is general Classical and not alchemical, or may be whatever the fumes were from the experiment

Text reading: British citizenship is not exclusive, nor is it lesser for being plural. Britishness is plurality, from the four Home Nations to the UK's long and successful history of welcoming newcomers. It would be highly refreshing to see a Home Secretary, particularly a Home Secretary appointed by a party many voted for in the hope of progressive change, celebrate Britishness as a positive - strong, diverse - rater than as something so weak it can only be definted negatively, through drumming up fear of the outsider. Many Brits are dual citizens; when hostile immigration rhetoric and hostile immigration practice treat people like dirt, we listen and understand them means us.

An update: Captain Crozier is indeed the last one standing. If you are insane and think "what happens if I match two Croziers" the answer is a purple badge of number of times you made the mistake of thinking pattern matching would solve *all* your problems
