motherfuckers the hospital campus which is dealing with hundreds of victims and influx of families and humanitarian workers is on the other side of the little parking lot (upper left) where randos got to wonder and inspect a small bit of fallout
google maps satellite pic of al ahli hospital (before it was bombed). a tiny parking lot that's been making the rounds in conspiracy circles is in the upper left, with the "central" courtyard halfway north south of the campus but far on the west side. the bombs hit on the east side on parts of the campus not visible in conspiracy videos
