My experience is that most of the NYT recipes are a lot of work for something mid. I read through this one this morning and it did give me the idea to meal prep some larb gai for “slop bowls” next week.

It feels a little like for some, the content of reading a professional critic’s work is the same as someone offering their opinion on the Internet, and the response to that is to offer your own opinion. We’ve gotten used to everything we read on our phones being a 2 way communication.

All fair points. Im baffled by both what’s going on with men and how most people are parenting their kids so sorry if I jumped in too quick there. Having a different parenting experience than many.
