I gave it more thought. If we do get scars, you can say yours is a beauty mark. Mine is a thin line diagonal across the wrist, so I had to get more creative. I was in a knife fight with a heavily-armed group fighting for 1st place in line for Christmas shopping & a bad-ass old lady sliced me good.

I can relate quite well. Wasn't so careful adding ingredients to a pan on Thanksgiving, and splashed hot oil across my wrist. Washed it off quickly, but now have a scab and it may leave a scar. At least warm water or cloth rubbing it doesn't hurt anymore. Hope yours is feeling better.
