Stand up tall for each other.

Conventional beliefs are fart clouds that linger for ages.

Like the poisonous gas from an old volcano, our senses are being offended by rage-baiting computer-jocks.

How can I help? How can I be of assistance? May I help you with this?

The burden is on those of us with a heart that knows what it means to be alive.

What is most precious is invisible to the eye.

We ask these questions to get a clear understanding of the nature of our friend's pain.

Where is the pain?

What is the quality of this pain?

What makes it better? What makes it worse?

And then, best of all:

How can I help?

Working together, how do we start?

We start by finding the pain.

Where is the pain?

What is the quality of pain?

When did it start?

What makes it better?

What makes it worse?

We can do a lot more when we have seen with our own eyes that anything is possible when we work together.

Your heart is your most precious guide, and it needs your voice to speak for it.

Words of compassion should be spoken every day.

And men should speak to other men in this way and be unashamed.

You do not have cause to feel shame when you are checking in with your brother to see if he is alright.

Be ashamed by seeing pain and doing nothing to ameliorate it.
February 8, 2025 at 1:07 AM
We think compassionate words should only be whispered from one person to another person.

When in truth, words of compassion should be spoken every day.

To speak words of compassion, you must have peace.

And to have peace you cannot be in pain.
February 8, 2025 at 1:03 AM
I know for a fact that people are not that shallow. People just don't know how to talk about pain, suffering and death.

Our common, everyday, spoken English does not have enough words or or time for compassion.

Compassion is not for the spotlight, we think. (We are lead to believe.)

My Mars cruiser is cooler than your Mars cruiser. Beep beep I wanna drive a car that looks like Star Fox for SNES.

All of our money is in the hands of a few psychopathic people who think they are the greatest and smartest.

If greatness is measured by a philosophy that was found of t-shirts in the 1990s:

"He who dies with the most toys wins."

Sounds like something a coked-up CEO wrote.

You do not deserve special treatment. And you are special.

Both things are true when you let Love lead you.
February 8, 2025 at 12:47 AM
Here we are. Weakened with hunger, with no education to bring hope to a people, and fighting to be seen as the "right kind of person," the person who deserves healthcare.

It is folly to believe that anyone is better than you. It is folly to believe that you are better than anyone else.
February 8, 2025 at 12:46 AM
Cutting off the supply of food, healthcare, education does much to put a population in complete subjugation.

You'll be happy for any little scrap you can get. And when your baby is so hungry, and her eyes look like the light in them as dying, you'll be happy as long as it's not your kid.

Forcing women and children to give birth is about having a bigger herd of cattle that you can drive towards stress, poverty and inequality.

That way, all your friends who run the companies that profit off of stress, poverty and inequality can fatten up like bloodsucking ticks.

Long-term fight or flight mode= stress

Long-term stress = pain in the body

Put a whole herd of animals in long term fight or flight mode= get a lot of human beings addicted to painkillers
February 8, 2025 at 12:31 AM
Pain can cause so much fear & confusion in animals that they attack a thing that has nothing to do with where the pain came from.

It's really easy to cause pain by putting people into long term fight or flight mode.

Anything that causes long-term term stress eventually becomes pain in the body.
February 8, 2025 at 12:28 AM
Being stuck in long-term fight or flight is the same as any other animal stuck in that mode.

Sometimes the animal fights back, or hides, or sometimes the animal freezes & pisses on itself.
February 8, 2025 at 12:26 AM
When people feel that safety is threatened every day, their nervous systems start to anticipate pain, even when they are safe.

Long-term fight or flight mode increases cortisol.

Lots of cortisol makes everything heightened.

So even a person gently tapping you on the shoulder feels irritating.
February 8, 2025 at 12:17 AM
If a person is hit with a brick, they're gonna be feeling pain.

If you get hit with the terrible news that someone you love has died, you're gonna be feeling another kind of pain.

If your safety is threatened every day, your nervous system is gonna anticipate pain, even when you are safe.

I do not care what the majority of people find to be socially acceptable. However, I am never going around trying to hurt someone's feelings, ruin someone's life, or tell someone where they should be, or what they should do with the one precious life they have been given.
