I've been using a free code of ExitLag and I've had a bit of issues but not TOO MANY...You can set up a Zero Trust for Cloudflare Warp although it's a bit more technical and it won't slow down the rest of your computer(Warp isn't for gaming so it might add a bit of ping if your routing is good)
