I think it depends on the strength of your mic, but I have my soundgate filter in OBS and a pop filter and that gets out most normal clicks that aren’t happening while I’m actively talking. I have mine set to Close Threshold at -26.00 dB and Open Threshold at -20.00 dB, as a place to start!
