The more I talk to people I know about fucked up childhood stories the more I wonder if volume 1 of Goodnight Punpun is just the average childhood experience now and everyone is in constant pain. Are all people in danger of living out Pink Floyd’s The Wall at the turn of any given moment?

I think helluva boss is kinda clumsily written esp with how it handles relationship dynamics with abuse, class, etc. but Stolas’ musical number in ep2 is so good and endearing I kinda get why Vivzie succumbed to the urge to woobify him

Haven’t actually sat down and watched The Polar Express cause I fear I won’t like it anymore, but when I work during the holiday showings the crowd seems to love it. There’s gotta be something there, right? Some kind of spirit?
