Not the first time we made a really bad choice in a presidential election. We could have had the possum. But, no, Nixon.
I was given a boy doll when I was 7, & named him Peter. He vanished in one of my mother's manic sweeps of my belongings; we were moving soon, I was too old anymore for dolls, she reasoned. Now I am 70. And I've found Peter, or a small doll exactly like him, my old friend, on eBay! He's coming home.
