Agents and brokers for MA plans receive commissions per enrollment and often receive additional “administrative” bonuses that balloon MA spending. These financial incentives drive aggressive and misleading marketing aimed at people looking for coverage.

Expert counselors on our free, national Medicare helpline (800-333-4114) helped 15% more clients enroll in health care cost-assistance programs in 2024 compared to 2023. We're eager to help even more people access the health care they need at prices they can afford this year.
