Members of my family have had operations different to consent forms and rare diagnoses by surgeons and physicians in tertiary referral centres and DGHs in England and wales. These are fake conditions and diagnoses imagined by groups of Drs for the purpose of blackmail, control, benefits and threats.

Some of which even result in the death of patients and suicide of their family members. This is similar to Nazi doctors in world war II and Nazi Germany. A middle man trying to ensure my silence. This relates to various lifestyle organisations and what they do to abuse

There are groups of fascist Doctors and Surgeons who are making artificial illnesses. Fake but real. By methods of surgical grevious bodily harm and poisoning. In famous, rich and ordinary people. In order blackmail them or help them claim benefits or to get back at them or their communities.
