You guys remember me mentioning, I'm rebuilding the site from scratch...
Step 1 is learning how to program... properly.
For the last 4 hours I have been reading from Learning Made Easy's Web Coding & Development All-in-one For Dummies using rakuten kobo;

just works! It is subscription based, however it is free for personal use for up to 3 accounts and up to 100 devices.

PSA, I have not been sponsored by any of the mentioned companies, I just spent the pest part of 8 hours through sweat and tears to try and get myself a personal media service set up

Jellyfin, is a bit like PLEX, however is easier to use and the account management screen is not subscription based. Whilst it's remote access features are limited... well, see my next post for why it wasn't //too much// of a bother...

Been making a personal cloud based streaming service utilising @jellyfin.bsky.social for the media hub, @tailscale.com 's VPN system for making the local connection remote, running on @microsoft.com windows 11, and the thumbs made using Microsoft Designer and last but not least; (P1/2)
