I note that "audience research, going back to the 1920s" is after the Victorians told audiences to shut up and behave. I wonder if any of these studies looked at the audiences for pantomime and working class music hall audiences.

Also need to deal with the dreadful behaviour of some bus drivers. These were blocking the crossing at the top of Union street.

Not everyone can drive, especially young people, and many of those that can cannot afford to drive.
