The Voices groups share a largely unified agenda as they tackle the macro issues the duopoly won't. Having a face for that agenda has been pivotal for traction. Occupy and the Voice failed because they ignored our primate need for a leader. It's utopian and it fails. My 2c. The book sounds good!

Good interview. One thing I think about though - we're hierarchical primates. Holmes a Court is an ideal figurehead. He generates wide media coverage, is persuasive, powerful, and principled. His press club speech was great. Look at Occupy Wall Street and the Voice. Movements without a leader fail

More likely, a civil case by a minority shareholder against Musk for breaching his fiduciary duty as CEO and causing them to take a loss. And that becoming a class action for unthinkable money. Musk and the board seem to have clearly breached their fiduciary duties to shareholders

Yes but Labor also ran a truly terrible Voice campaign. Media didn't help but Labor's campaign was atrocious

Election prediction:
Trump will have caused so much chaos and destruction in America by the time of the Australian election that Dutton will be sunk by gluing himself to Trump
Add in one or two rate cuts and an effective Dutton=Trump ad campaign, and Labor will win a slim majority govt

It will be groups like the teals, Get Up and the Australia Institute that run effective Dutton = Trump campaigns. I agree that Labor will be pragmatically somewhat more restrained, but the effective messaging will proliferate without them
