a wonderful experience. as someone who was mostly just lukewarm to XY, this has brought attention to how much they WANTED to do with kalos, but for one reason or another it didn't happen. i'm glad we got this game. i love pokémon so much, i look forward to the future!

like, this is a stellar game for sure. a bit weird to replay since it is so focused on the story in low rank, but hunting is fun. the weapon tree changes are a very QoL thing i like as a collector of weapons. still super fun imo. the ending of LR is still raw af
