So what is the Hidden Curriculum? A few people here know (by show of hands), but it is defined today as: Anything outside the formal dimensions of learning, the cultural subtext of where you are. The difference between what we teach and what we learn.

Continuing the discussion of Special Study Modules, this time in Specialist Depression Services.
Some really positive feedback from Clinical Supervisors, but a key issue has been highlighted on barriers identified that get in the way of their clinical supervisor role. Unsurprisingly, lack of time featured heavily in the responses.

Interesting info on what a new curriculum might look like. Tech is mentioned throughout the NHS Workforce Plan as a solution to delivering education to more medical students. Detail isn't there on how this will be paid for but new technology will be key.
