Trying to take my mind off this dystopian nightmare by baking my grandma Hattie’s banana bread recipe. Use bananas that are overripe and freckled, try browning the butter, add chocolate chips, and feel free to sub flax eggs/almond milk/etc. P.S. It takes more like 45 minutes in my oven.
