heat the whole thing on the stove. if you need a starch you can just tear up a piece of bread or a biscuit or throw some saltines or corn chips in. this is a good high-protein bowl meal, they'd dress this up & charge you 20 bucks for it in the big city and call it Fiesta Protein Bowl or whatever
