I was talking with a friend yesterday about this and, like, Minrathous has a shit ton of mages and templars and stuff to defend itself, Treviso has only the Crows (and the Antaam). I think in this light, the choice for Treviso is easier even for a Rook from Minranthous #veilguardspoilers
