MQ-28 Ghost Bat and MQ-25 Stingray size check - if you see them in isolation the much smaller Ghost Bat appears larger than MQ-25 due to its shape, the reality is different

Here it is, not the prettiest face, but overall a good design with carefully resolved surfaces with nice executed details.

It takes extra courage to allow for simplicity, notice the front of the original TT or Avus, they're as simple as possible. This one tries a little too much

This is the first Audi under the new design director Massimo Frascella.

The teaser video is on point (the almost unknown TT open sky concept is an interesting choice). This looks like the exact opposite aesthetic from the current Audi lineup

First official image of the Audi moment 2.0 concept.

This will signify the new design language for Audi. Looks a bit like a TT- jaguar hybrid but the surfaces are resolved and clean ("strive for clarity" is the slogan). Not as iconic as the TT or Avus but a huge improvement

If you were disappointed that the Tuthill Singer Vehicle Design All-terrain Competition Study (ACS) was abruptly shut down by Porsche and vanished, maybe you should look more carefully at Tuthill's '911 based' Meyers Manx LFG wheels, suspension/pick-up points and high sills

Are fighter jets a relic of the past? Apparently not, any country that rush to retire or ignore them may get a nasty surprise.

Same for ignoring any other assets, but when people advocate ex FPVs instead of fighter jets, they're usually not pro FPV but just against fighter jets

*Emphasis on "Russian media describe.." so that is not necessarily an acknowledgement but it's very interesting nonetheless

What Ukraine managed to do with operation "pavutyna" ("the web", interesting name!) is a paradigm shift, not only because of the result (40 strategic aircraft damaged) but for the method.

It took ~18 months to plan and the footage of embedded drones on trucks is surreal

Singer wasn’t the first, but it’s by far the best at ‘restomoding’—a whole new way of car production. It may look easy, but only
a few companies get it right, and probably only Singer does it at scale.

*Note the complete absence of Porsche badges on the new Carrera Coupe ..

BMW Vision Driving Experience (a quasi electric BMW M3) not only is the first BMW since forever that looks good inside and out but it has a underbody fan suction system (similar to McMurtry Spéirling) that actively creates downforce decoupled to speed. That will be a gamechanger

According to Isar aerospace the launch pad seems to be intact despite the cost proximity of the rocket crash location.

That's great news for Andøya spaceport and Isar, the next two rockets are already in production.

This is very similar to other NGAD and F/A-XX renders of course, it appeared on Collins website 2 years ago according to wayback machine and this is the placeholder image behind the video:

#NGAD F-47 render *very* similar to the official images found on Collins Aerospace website. maybe it is just speculation, or it can be hiding in plain sight (!)

You can see it moving (slightly) here:

DARPA's statement for #NGAD

(as disclosed previously) two X- planes were built, one by Lockheed Martin and one from Boeing, they flew in 2019 and 2022. DARPA studies for ngad started ten years ago, in 2014

F-47 has canards in both official (artistic) renders. This configuration is not less stealthy than a regular aircraft with a conventional empennage, as long as its geometry has a similar treatment. A great example is X-36 (by MDD/Boeing), a tail-less canard stealth aircraft
March 22, 2025 at 12:34 PM
First claimed official (?!) render of #NGAD F-47. Debatable if it is close to the real aircraft, it has very high dihedral wing angle, and canards (!) with also the same angle. Both very unusual choices, especially for a all-aspect stealth aircraft
