Get ready for this - Jack Black as Ganondorf. Later on, when we get a Metroid Movie, Jack Black can also be cast as Ridley. But why stop there, might you ask? Let's get a Kirby Movie with Jack Black as King Dedede

They tried to make a Dwight spin-off show before The Office ended, but the episode they used to kickstart it was one of the worst rated episodes of the entire run of The Office

- and Rey was shown from start to finish to have pretty much zero flaws, she never gives in to the darkside, never lost (at best ties), and even defeats Palpatine which Luke was never even able to do himself. I wanted her to have more struggles to be more relatable and have growth.

To get more to the point, Luke struggled and displayed practically nothing in his first film aside from the end when he was guided by Obi-Wan. He fought and lost in the second film even after training with Yoda, and then finally beat his father in the 3rd only after tapping into the darkside

I find most of the issues for her come from the first movie because she does many things she should not be able to do. Her second and third films, she has mentors and resources to be able to learn and do the things she does, so I have no issues with her strength displayed there

I don't view it as a double standard because she has definitely shown more skill and power over Luke, and it is unexplained. Luke had not shown such a strong force display in his first movie like she had. She did a mind trick with no knowledge or training with it. He did his first in the 3rd movie

I'm not trying to start an argument. I like debating the topic, I agree that most haters of the sequel trilogy are bigoted and use it to fuel misogyny or racism but I genuinely just don't agree with the writing or direction the movies went. Rey could've been a way more interesting character.

I don't see what I have said that leads you to that conclusion? There's consistency with Luke, but there isn't with Rey. Both of them are Mary Sue's when it comes to their unexplained piloting skills, but with the force or combat, Luke struggled more often where Rey did not.

He was weakened for sure. But, he was still trained at a very young age at using the force and lightsabers and should've had a clear edge over someone who had zero in both - especially when the darkside is supposed to empower you from pain and anger.

I can say it's pretty significant since Luke never fought anyone in lightsaber combat until his second movie, after being lightly trained by Obi Wan and having slightly more experience. Whereas Rey bested Kylo Ren the same day she learned she could even use the force.

Did you forget he lost his fight against Vader and got his hand chopped off? I can't recall a single fight Rey lost in the entire Sequel Trilogy.

As you can probably tell, this year was my Donkey Kong Country journey. Tropical Freeze is great, but I can't believe I even made it that far, OG trilogy was brutal
