Something fascinating about Silent Hill 4 as someone who has yet to play it is that everything about it seems hard as hell except for the game itself lol. Look at the artwork for the game's soundtrack.

Rance III done. Luckily I didn't have to hex edit the game to beat Noce like the guide says. Level 36 is good enough.
