So now, with seizure of an oil tanker off the Venezuelan coast, sleepy don-old has turned our honored and venerated U.S. Coast Guard into ship pirates! We're keeping the oil he says. We've become competition to the criminal Somali pirates that plague global shipping! WTF? What is to become of us?

Organizational culture: its universally recognized that an organization's culture is set by its executives at the top (Trump, musk, etc.) and then is reflected in the actions by the everyone else. Recreational cruelty is an executive past time favorite enjoyed by the cult leader executives here.
