I am a late diagnosed AuDHDer and this is my service dog Samantha. She is a rare coated Xoloitzcuintli. She is changing my life and I'm going to try to share it a little bit here.
I haven't slept more than an hour a night for a week. It feels like a month. I can't think straight. This sucks! I don't understand why something that is so vital to functioning can be so hard for some people.

Right in the middle of the picture it looks like it's raining rainbows. I don't know what that says but it looks kind of cool.

This has been a biggie for me lately. I often feel like my value is directly tied to my productivity and feeling like I do actually want peace more than constant productivity makes me feel like I'm being lazy or that I don't have any value in this world...
