They are using a public website, fpds.gov.
Anyone can see it. there is no way they looked at last invoice, receiving reports, release from the contract based on required DCAA audits.... which makes sure the government got what it paid for. Efficiency will never exist without accountability.

Government accountability SME here with 24 years in the executive and legislative branches. The checks and balances were an illusion. We were never a nation of laws. This is the Great American lie. That’s the point. As soon as lobbying and money was allowed in elections, this was inevitable.
