Yeah I don’t put them in my mouth either 🤣 there’s often bugs in them. Just wanted you to know they aren’t going to hurt you if you don’t eat them!

Mushrooms won’t hurt you unless you swallow them, you can even chew them up and spit them out without getting sick. But these ones are definitely mushrooms you don’t want to eat.

The orange ones are likely omphalotus illudens, commonly referred to as Jack-o-lanterns because of the orange color and they are faintly bioluminescent at night.

This is definitely grifola frondosa commonly known as hen of the woods or maitake. It is edible. I just collected and ate some yesterday. Not eating mushrooms you don’t know is good advice, but there’s no doubt what these are.
