my timeline is a bit convoluted lol:
came out to a handful of friends in college as Nonbinary and Bi at 19 or 20 . was out as a NB trans woman on Twitter and later that year to my mom at 23, and started her right before I turned 24, after that I was slowly coming out to everyone in my life as a trans woman and a lesbian until I had just turned 26 and came out at work and I am 27 now

it took me like a month of doing this semi regularly to realize I was just meditating which I was never able to do when I was trying to meditate, defragging just seemed to make more sense for my brain
thinking about how I never was able to get into meditating , but I see one post on line about brains needing to be defragged by sitting and focusing on one spot for 20 minutes with no phone or music or podcasts and suddenly I can do that almost everyday
