Seem to have lost my google maps timeline history despite having auto deletion disabled and backup enabled. The import option from device doesn’t recover the lost bit. Kindof disappointed, cause it helped me to improve a sense of familiarity to (new) places I’ve visited. If that makes any sense.

Rewatching Frieren. Seen it several times already, but keep forgetting how it ends. Don’t know why it’s only translated to German on Netflix. Not that I care, since it’s been helping improve my German proficiency. Also need to practice guitar more so I can play the 2nd OP song ヨルシカ - 晴る someday

Haven’t been to the cinema often past years, but a bunch of old and new stuff I want to see are being shown this year. Found out last minute that there was a late night screening of Ne Zha 2. Thought it’d be funny to see a movie that would end at 3 AM. So I went and the animation was pretty amazing

Went to the cinema to watch the movie Flow. A cute cat and friends adventure movie. Got visited by a cat the next morning. Haven’t seen her for 2 months.

Went to a concert of HONNE in Amsterdam last week. With Liang Lawrence as support. Nice to see them perform live again.

Unsurprisingly I’m still not good at playing the (bass) guitar. Regular tabs still look like someone was doing math in notepad, but fell asleep on the keyboard. Still have no idea where the notes are on the fretboard when reading sheet music. But playing along on Songsterr or YT is fun enough so far

Was window shopping on a christmas night when I stumbled on a bunch of cats asleep at a window. It turned out to be a Cat Cafe. Knew of the concept, but wasn’t aware they existed here. Was able to visit today. Will probably revisit sometime.

Bought this from another friendly metalhead. Was browsing the 2nd hand market for a bass guitar past week and stumbled on this one. Thought practicing/developing a sense of rhythm would help any other musical endeavors. Drums also sounded interesting but no idea if I’d bother the neighbors with that

Cat study. Scribbles, they’re getting sloppier. Idk what these are. But just putting it here to remind myself to draw more cats or random stuff at least once a week while traveling. Building habits

More half finished cat doodles to fill travel time by train, probably should finish them someday. On another note, after practicing a few guitar chords for a week and then trying a bass line, I’m now wondering whether to get an entry level bass guitar. Seems fun enough to learn too.
