I am a fan of Bandcamp - not a streaming service, but artists receive, on average, 82% of the money from sales on the site. I'm also a bit old-fashioned. I like to have the files on my own storage. Every file I've downloaded from them is a flac, some are better than 16bit - 44.1kHz as well.
