I took the time to separate my writing computer from my general everyday mess around computer. Best move I’ve ever made and I’m waiting more consistently. #writer

One critique I don't like are notes about pacing. I struggle writing a faster paced narrative and tend to take my time with characters and perhaps some indulgence. However, I never dismiss the critique, even if I'm wholly unsure how to improve on my pacing. #writer #writersofbluesky.

So, in an attempt to refine my authorial voice, I've taken to rewriting the same 200 word passage over and over, trying new things and seeing what sticks. It's not glamorous but, it is helping. #writer #writersofbluesky
