@tripperhead.bsky.social If you're giving tips on the Mainland Travel permit, I just went and was told that non-Chinese PR card holders must wear black or dark grey in their photo. He wrote "risk of photo" on my slip (was able to borrow a sweatshirt/retake, but it was inconvenient!).

Gotta be 80% money laundering... Just passed four storefronts in MongKok, 3 of which are claw machines. One mall near where I live is nearing 40% claw machines.
