I've just fixed ch so you can now change the speed of speedups in practice mode!

Hey, gotta love when a issue reported for unity actually gets fixed. During ch v1.1 development i noticed a weird framespike being, and 6 months ago i built up this sprite render benchmark to clearly show the issue and now overhead is back to 2020.3 performance after a couple fixes on their end.
