I don't know what to call this, but it's delicious. little like Mexican hot chocolate. 1.5 oz Crown Royal, 3/4 oz Licor 43, a dash of orange bitters, 3 Tbsp heavy cream THEN whip all that with the spinny foamer thing, 1 Keurig hot chocolate cup, dusted with cayenne pepper. very nice on a cold night.

kitchen stuff that makes my life easier #1. Zojirushi rice cooker. this one is model NP-HCC18XH. ~$315. it's the bigger one and the smaller is more expensive. follow the directions and your rice is perfect every time, no matter what kind. sushi, gaba, brown, basmati,white. even with stock or broth.
