Good morning! To all who celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, I hope you are feeling sated and full of good will. It was nice to have a day of reflection to count our blessings. We will get through these coming hard times. perseverance is key.

Four years ago I made this wistful image, because I felt that better times were coming, and they did. I’m posting the imagine again, more this time as a talisman for what we know is coming. I believe we will get through it with kindness, generosity of spirit, and love. Lots and lots of love.

I miss Red Rocks. It’s beautiful up there. But, I do love living in RI 15 minutes away from the ocean.

A friend posted this photo of a “Cat” house on FB yesterday, but wished it was purple (her favorite color). I saved it to my phone and made it purple for her. Isn’t it cute? I’d love to see the inside.

My maternal grandfather on his way to WWI. He was 18 & enlisted. He was a quiet, gentle man who pull quarters from behind my ears. He died when I was still a kid. I still miss him. My thanks to all who serve. #VeteransDay
