I DID IT. Im seein stars! But i fuckin did it
We are back and today we WILL be achieving 135 for 3x8 on squat again i refuse to fail this this is light weight
Second time back in the gym after a month long break and I am still much weaker. Main goals are to:

- get back to previous prs
- gym 4x a week again
- get back on 531 program

Big lift prs vs now:

Deadlift: 225x3 ➡️ 135 3x10
Squat: 185x3 ➡️ 135x8
Bench: 100x3 ➡️ 75 2x8
Hip Thrust: 225 3x10 ➡️ 155 3x10
