Deeply worrying findings on medicines supply. Government doesn’t seem to grasp the impact on patients and workforce morale and wellbeing. It’s not an abstract trade policy point, but central to improving efficiency, care quality and workforce retention in the NHS. #mddusnews

Not the most pleasant topic for us to mark our blue sky debut, but a very necessary one. Let’s hope 2025 is the year the penny finally drops with policy makers that workforce development, clinician welfare and patient safety need to be pursued in a single integrated agenda.
