@altonbrown.bsky.social the book is fantastic. Listening to the audiobook b/c reading it w/o hearing your voice is just wrong. I was an original GE viewer. I remember your weight loss wasn’t aware of the issues that came with it. I appreciate your candor and humility and happy your found yourself.
