The thing about "is Trump a traditional conservative" is that it's always been confusing; Trump is not a conservative because he does not have any ideology or believe in anything, but he does FUNCTION as a conservative in many ways because conservative ideology exists to empower people like him.

You don’t always have to click agree; most websites have “browse wrap” ToSs these days. You could in fact claim you didn’t see the sign, and then you get to litigate whether the sign was prominent enough for you to have reasonable notice of the terms.

I’m not sure if the “sign on the wall” fact pattern has been litigated, but in principle it’s probably enforceable under the same premises as website terms of service.
