Their run from Empire and Dance to New Gold Dream was majestic! Theme for Great Cuties is my favourite Simple Minds track (and the book with almost the same name by #GraemeThomson is great too!)

There are many but the one that springs to mind (cos I played it today) is from Cars and Girls. In the first half of the song Paddy’s lyrics could be read as putting Bruce down but then…“Brucies thoughts, pretty streamers
