Just FYI, domestic violence service providers do not use HMIS to collect and store client data because it is not VAWA compliant. If you need DV services, know that shelters are committed to protecting your PII.

NSVRC issued an apology last Thursday and started putting their material back up. As an advocate out here in direct service, their original decision to remove content was devastating. They just left us out here struggling alone in the field and really harmed some survivors.

Here’s a challenge for Leon: hand him an annual audit from a nonprofit and ask him to explain it. I’d bet money he had very little idea what any of it means past the opinion on page 1.
