On Monday, I argued before the Md Supreme Court, challenging the denial of LJ Chavis’ requested disability accommodation. The State Board of Law Examiners expressed disagreement with DOJ Civil Rights Division guidance for bar exams. We’re happy to shine a spotlight on this civil rights issue.
