The reason we have DEI isn't so an under qualified black person will get a job over a qualified white person, but so an under-qualified white person doesn't get a job over a qualified black person.

We got 2” of snow last Friday. School is still out and it’s looking the same for tomorrow. It’s crazy how snow can completely close the south.
