Gail Smith made this tribute to the historic “blue and white” appliqué in 2012. Thousands of hours went into this quilt, which was completed in 2014 - She was a great lady. Rest in peace, Gail H. Smith.

In northern Minnesota, you’ll need a winter fixation & a summer fixation. As we transition into winter, here is my favorite muskies caught & released in my Muskie season of 2024. The boat is put away… and now we quilt.
