I'm actually curious what the "irreparable harm" that the government claims to suffer is? It's just cited in this order as "irreparable harm" and I'm too lazy to docket search the government's briefs, but I actually am genuinely curious how they are claiming they are being harmed by a delay.

Yeah I was talking with people the other day who teach Jewish studies about how awful it was that the ADL took down a bunch of their anti-racist education programs and lesson plans.

Look - I think the tattoo alone is disqualifying. I think working for Blackwater is deeply troubling, but he's spoken about how his experience in conflict zones has led him to become skeptical of the military industrial complex.
