Sadly we had multiple factors in PA- lower turnout in the blue counties, Republicans cut our 630k voter advantage to 300k. The loss was real here, and that’s painful for me to say, as someone who canvassed more than I ever have before for Harris.

Calling in from Philly burbs- Harris had a great ground game, but it started late for obvious reasons. The enthusiasm was real, but a DNC delegate warned me a few days before the election that the campaign was very worried about PA.
