Jokes aside, and considering that it's out of my area of expertise and haven't read it, I'll bet it's some non-THC hemp variety. Hemp is super resilient (it's a weed) and has many utilitarian aspects that might be useful for space colonies

It's a great single player game, which I loved revisiting and worth the shot to newcomers. But the reduced modding capabilities just made people wanting to return to Skyrim straight after finishing it I think
