Within a few days of the munch, or on the day, we only monitor Discord in real time. Each month has an event posting on the THI Discord server discord.gg/bHmeQdAZ8H and you can message us at "eponymouspilgrim" for scifiscribbler & "ocnurb" for ocnurb. We are most available on Discord.

Occasionally the venue allows us to use a more private but less accessible space at the back which has 2 steps; there is a portable ramp for those steps. We will only move to this room 30 minutes after the event starts as long as nobody present has any issue with the steps.

The venue staff operate a system of assisted escape and will explain escape procedures to you if you give them your requirements.

There is an accessible toilet, although getting to it is via a corridor that has a 2cm lip on entry and might be too narrow for a wide wheelchair (70cm at narrowest and has a shallow turn in it too).
