The closest thing I have is a spreadsheet of my characters for the novel since I'm not really good at chara design or drawing in general:

I'm definitely going for a more "Howl's Moving Castle" energy. I want to create a gaslamp fantasy setting with sorcerers and clockwork inventions, and the tone is a blend of both slice of life and mystery.

Their dynamic is akin to that of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.
Ultimately, Cyana accepts that's just who Junos is. But as the years go by and Junos' optimism took a heavy decline, Cyana couldn't help but feel partially guilty with how she treated her friend.

The artwork itself is from Arusechika's non-commercial use gallery from Piapro. The actual cover I had in mind is WAY more complex and definitely requires an artist's help.

So, I took the 2015 crack and patched it to the 2014 version, and it actually worked fine so far.
Moral of the story? Graft shit together until it works!
